1. The service
REroots is a free study tool for real estate finance interview preparation: practice questions with model answers, case studies, modeling tests, and an application tracker. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no payments. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Your data stays with you
Progress, saved questions, notes, and tracker entries are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. Clearing your browser data erases them, and they do not follow you across devices. We have no way to recover them.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site for your own interview preparation. Do not scrape, bulk-download, republish, or resell the content, and do not attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Content and ownership
The question bank, model answers, cases, rubrics, and other content are owned by REroots and protected by law. You may use them personally but not reproduce or distribute them. Firm names appear only to describe reported interview experiences; REroots is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any firm named on this site.
5. No guarantees
Content is provided as is, for educational purposes. We do our best to keep it accurate, but interviews vary and we make no promise about outcomes, completeness, or availability. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or career advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REroots is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
6. Changes and contact
